Tracking will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

Delivery Schedule

Carriers typically deliver Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 8 PM. The shipping company may call you to schedule a delivery window.

Important: If you are not available at the time of delivery, JDM Car Parts is not responsible for additional delivery charges

When Receiving Your Order

Please inspect the package before signing for it. If the package appears damaged, refuse delivery or ensure the damage is noted on the delivery slip. If you accept the package without noting visible damage, the carrier may deny any claims.

If your package is damaged or missing items, contact us within 24 hours at 1-(520)-497-1805. Claims cannot be filed after that time.
